Effective Pay Per Click Advertising Management Services
Why are PPC ads so effective?
When searchers click on your paid ads, they do so already with an inclination to buy. Furthermore, you pay only when a searcher clicks on your ad and not just because they’ve seen it. Conversion ratios and returns from these kinds of ads can therefore be very high. Like most things it’s all about good management.

Managing your PPC budget
And with the right online tracking tools, you can trace all your website’s visitors back to which ad catapulted them there and this allows accurate measurement of returns from your advertising spend. You are also in complete control of your spend since you can decide on bid parameters in advance, including daily spend limits, and can have full visibility even with an outsourced campaign.
Managing your PPC campaign
We'll advise on the format and content of your ads, including comprehensive keyword analysis, compile them, set them up, monitor and report back to you. Bidding on possibly hundreds of keywords and adjusting ad copy in response to changes by competitors is a very dynamic game requiring close management. So why not let us manage that risk for you? You retain as much visibility and control of the campaign as you wish. You provide the objectives and parameters and we'll handle the execution and get the best job done for you. We'll constantly review progress and advise on changes to copy and bids necessary to achieve your objectives.
What is pay per click (PPC)?
Unlike organic or natural search listings which are free, paid adverts are guaranteed to appear to searchers in response to them typing predetermined keywords into the search engines. Broadly speaking, the more you pay for a particular search term, the higher your ad appears in the list of adverts. You bid against other advertisers wishing to gain rankings for their ads using the same search terms. Effective pay per click requires very close management to ensure funds are channelled to the highest yielding keywords.
How does pay per click work?
When a searcher clicks on your ad, they are directed either to the home page of your website or to another ‘landing page’ which may be more relevant to that particular advert, for example, an online shopping page. The exact format of the ads is regulated by the search engines but can be simple text format, graphic image or click-to-play videos.
Where do PPC adverts appear?
In addition to placing ads alongside or above natural search listings (see graphic in next column), paid ads can be placed on content networks which comprise certain participating websites that each feature ads of related themes i.e. your ads are placed contextually. Another format is local business ads which allow targeting in your immediate vicinity by including pay-per-click ads on google maps, google earth and other google networks sites.
Online spending
In America, $16 billion a year is now spent on online advertising, an amount which is growing by 14% a year and shoppers spend 10% of their money online (Sunday Times 28th October 2007). More than 70% of the world's internet users find websites via search engines such as Google, Yahoo and MSN which drive more than half of all online sales. In the past, online advertising was often seen as a discretionary add-on but it is fast becoming the core marketing activity for many businesses and a well thought out strategy is therefore essential.

Pay-as-you-go budget
There is no need for any big commitments with PPC. You can opt to stay in control by setting us monthly or even daily spending limits in advance which can be reviewed based on results. Also, you can turn your spend off anytime with one phone call to us.
How much PPC costs
We use a mixture of charging mechanisms, including hourly rates for consultancy, percentage of monthly spend for ppc management or fixed fee depending on your overall advertising spend. Please ask for more details on rates.
Highly flexible ads
Ad copy can be changed almost instantly to respond to changing conditions. These might be new initiatives by your competitors or simply testing to see which ad copy gives your ads the most juice.
Target PPC carefully
You pay for all click-through traffic so we'll make sure it's carefully targeted. Poorly chosen keywords might bring the wrong kind of traffic (and unnecessary bills). E.g. if you're a bleach manufacturer and pay for the keyword "bleach" in your ads, you'll pay for everyone clicking on your ad that is searching for the Japanese comic character named "Bleach"! We'll make sure your budget works for you.
