He later qualified as an accountant, holding positions in companies with turnovers ranging from tens of billions of pounds down to tens of millions in the software, oil, retail and electronics services industries, some as Finance Director. His most recent position was as Managing Director of Impact Marcom Ltd, the UK's leading audio visual & video conferencing systems company, part of a European group. It supplies, installs and maintains audio visual systems for its client base of blue chip companies, banks, lawyers and public sector bodies including the Ministry of Defence and the Universities. He was appointed Managing Director of the 150 staff operation in 2004 and led it back to profitability in 2005. Ewan left it last year, the most successful year in its 33 year history, to establish AdJuice.
